Returns and refunds

30-day happy guarantee. If Lashield is not for you, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we will sort it out.

Your right of withdrawal (EU customers)

If you live in the European Union you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send us a clear statement (for example an email to hello@getlashield.com) before the 14 days are over. You can use the EU model withdrawal form, but you do not have to.

Send the products back within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We may hold the refund until the goods are back or you send proof of shipment. Return shipping costs are paid by [YOU / US].

Hygiene

Visors are single-use. Opened packs and used visors may not be returnable for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty. [CONFIRM WITH YOUR LEGAL ADVISOR]

Legal guarantee

EU customers benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for defects present at delivery. This is in addition to our 30-day happy guarantee.

How to return

Email hello@getlashield.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address. Returns are accepted from the countries we ship to: EU, United States, Canada and Australia.
